Note: Estimates are based on 1,079 respondents in North Coast and 8,225 in NSW. For this indicator 54 (4.77%) were 'not stated' (Don't know or Refused) in North Coast and 390 (4.53%) were 'not stated' (Don't know or Refused) in NSW. The indicator includes those who are obese: that is, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher. The questions used to define the indicator were: How tall are you without shoes? How much do you weigh without clothes or shoes? BMI is calculated as follows BMI = weight(kg)/height²(m).
