Personal Health Record (Blue Book) Distribution Strategy

Summary
This Information Bulletin sets out to inform services of the new distribution strategy for the NSW child Personal Health Record provided to every child born in NSW. Previous distribution methods have, at times, led to shortages of the PHRs where birth rates are high and/or excess stock where birth rates are low. The new strategy links distribution to birth rate with regular stock being delivered quarterly to maternity services.
