Summary
The Environmental Cleaning Policy aims to identify the functional areas in a healthcare facility that require cleaning and/or disinfection and outline the frequencies to achieve the minimum cleaning standard for those areas; and outline Key Performance Indicators for measuring cleaning service performance in achieving a uniform approach to environmental cleaning in healthcare facilities.
