Index 1990-2012

The cumulative Subject and Author indexes for the Bulletin are updated on publication of each new issue. Most articles are indexed under two or more subjects, and under their authors. Figures, tables and inserts are not indexed. Notes, comments and letters are indexed if they contain substantial information.

Each issue of the Bulletin contains a communicable diseases report. Each disease discussed in detail in these reports is indexed separately.

Some early issues contain abstracts of articles which have been published elsewhere. These abstracts are subject indexed and indexed under 'Public Health Abstracts'. Abstracts of articles presented at public health conferences are subject indexed and indexed under 'Public Health Network'. Neither type of abstract is author indexed.
