Summary

This is the first report to the 2008 review of community health in New South Wales (NSW) by the Centre for Health Service Development, University of Wollongong. It summarises research on models of community health service delivery in NSW, elsewhere in Australia and internationally and synthesises the evidence on the effectiveness of community health interventions.
