2011 YourSay Workplace Culture Survey Results
In May 2011 everyone who worked for NSW Health was invited to take part in a census survey to provide feedback on their experiences and views on their workplace culture.
The survey was named YourSay, and a total of 31,493 responses were received from staff, volunteers and contractors who were working for NSW Health at the time of completing the survey.
The table below lists the organisations that comprised NSW Health at the time of completing the survey. You can read the reports on these organisations by clinking on the report links below.
To locate a report on a particular facility, click on the name of the organisation the facility sits within and you will be taken to a new page that lists all the facilities in that organisation.
These results will be used to guide local discussions and action planning to continue to improve the workplace culture in each of our facilities to assist us in providing the best possible health care to the people of New South Wales.
A Guide on reading the Facility Report has been developed in both (A3) (poster size) and (A4) size.
