Public Health (Code of Conduct for Certain Health Practitioners) Regulation 2011

Summary

The NSW Department of Health proposes to make the Public Health (Code of Conduct for Certain Health Practitioners) Regulation 2011 under the Public Health Act 2010.

The proposed regualtion prescribes a code of conduct which certain health practitioners will be required to comply with once the Public Health Act 2010 commences. Comments or submissions on the proposed regulation can be sent to legalmail@doh.health.nsw.gov.au.

Comments and submissions will be accepted until 9 September 2011.
