Public Health (Disposal of Bodies) Regulation 2011
Summary
The NSW Department of Health proposees to make the Public Health (Disposal of Bodies) Regulation 2011 under the Public Health Act 2010. The proposed regulation contains provisions relating to the facilities and procedures for the handling of bodies of deceased persons, exhumations, cremations and other matters relating to the disposal of bodies.
