Regulatory Impact Statement for the proposed Public Health (Tobacco) Regulation 2009

Summary

The Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008 will commence operation on 1 July 2009. Regulations to support the operation of the Act have been prepared and released along with regulatory impact statement for comment. Information on how to make a submission is contained in the regulatory impact statement. Submissions must be received by 6 May 2009.
